Putting together the sauna was a breeze, and it’s crafted really nicely.

Fantastic price, no shipping fees, and simple to put together. I got this based on my doctor's advice as a medical device for treating peripheral artery disease and severe Raynaud's syndrome. After two months of using it, even in the chilliest winter weather, I haven't faced the tissue damage to my feet that I used to suffer from every winter for years because of circulation problems. Previously, during the cold winter months, blood flow to my extremities would drop, turning my toes blue and leading to tissue harm. Since I started using the sauna, I haven't had any of those issues. Plus, a lot of the body pains I used to deal with from peripheral neuropathy and arthritis have started to fade away. I'm really excited and over the moon with the results I'm seeing!

Working with USA health and wellness was a fantastic experience. They provided a local pickup option for us, which scored us a nice discount, and were super helpful all along the way. It did take around six weeks longer than we thought to receive the sauna, but that was due to a manufacturer delay. Overall, I'm pleased with the sauna and the service from USA health and wellness.

We placed our order for the sauna back in January and got it in April. It took a bit of time, but honestly, it was totally worth it. We use it daily and are super happy with our buy. I placed my order and paid for the sauna back on February 22, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. When I made the purchase, I was informed it would take about two months. On May 6, I reached out via email to check on the delivery status. I got a reply on May 10, indicating it might take several more weeks. Since then, I've heard nothing. Then, on May 23, I got an email asking for a review, which mentioned I could hold off until I actually got my item. That was my plan, but today, June 7, I received another email stating I won’t get any more review requests. So here I am, sharing my thoughts based on what I've experienced so far.

The sales team has been friendly, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. But honestly, I only hear from them when I reach out. It's been over 3 months since I ordered my sauna, and I still haven't gotten it. I get that there are production delays, but I'm worried about being charged in full for something that's on back order. That's not how retail usually works. If my sauna doesn't show up soon, I can dispute the charges on my credit card, and that would definitely earn them another 1-star review from me.

Pushing certain brand names way too much. Just the same old thing.
